1. All graphics and text must have no left margin. |

2. The text marquee should be clearly visible, loops continuously and have bold fonts (On UAs which support more than 3 fonts, the text marquee must have small font size). |

3. Each item under the marquee must be "raised" when focused, and be "flat" when not in focus. |

4. Each item under the marquee must have a thin (1px) padding on the top edge. |
|
|
|
5. The "raised" image must be preloaded, i.e. the UA must
not make any further request to the server for images once
the page has finished loading. |
